I had the pleasure of working with S333 as the contractor for a property at 927 Queen Street West, Toronto.
The scope of work changed dramatically from what we expect of the site to the state the site was actually in. As the property was purchased in “as is” condition, we had no inspection and no idea what we were getting into. With S333’s professional guidance we were able to complete the renovation that we envisioned and fairly close to budget. S333 kept us informed of the progress and meet with us at least once a week. If any unexpected issue came up we were made aware of it immediately. We were always consulted and given options or solutions. At no time did we feel pressured into any decisions.
What we anticipated was to be a retrofit, became a gut and new build due the condition of the property. The façade renovation won us the City of Toronto most improved building façade in 2010, thanks to the hard work of S333 and all their staff.

S333 was the contractor I choose to do my renovations when I purchased my home on Marchmount Avenue and would not hesitate to use them again.
I found the workmen to be courteous and respectfully as well as being proficient at their trades.
Although I was not living in the house as I had the interior totally gutted, the premises were always tidy and garbage was removed from the site on a regular basis. I was kept informed of the progress and any challenges encountered.
David and his staff were amazing to work with given the challenges and deadlines for completion of my home.
