What file formats do you accept?
We accept RAW files (CR2, NEF, ARW, DNG), JPEG, TIFF, and most video formats including MP4, MOV, and AVI. RAW files provide the best editing results.
How long does editing take?
Turnaround times vary by package: Basic edits (24 hours), Professional edits (12 hours), Premium edits (6 hours). Rush delivery available for urgent projects.
Can you edit photos from any camera?
Yes, we work with photos from all camera types including DSLR, mirrorless, smartphone, and drone cameras. We optimize editing techniques for each source.
Do you offer video editing services?
Absolutely! We provide professional video editing including color grading, audio enhancement, transitions, and motion graphics for property tour videos.
