Standard delivery for both Basic MLS and Premium Photography is next business day. We also offer expedited turnaround for time-sensitive listings — contact us to discuss your timeline.
What is the difference between Basic and Premium real estate photography?
Basic MLS Photography includes 35 professionally edited photos shot by a Silverhouse-trained photographer — ideal for standard listings. Premium Photography is shot by Andre on the Sony A7R5 with unlimited photos and is the right choice for luxury, high-end, or agent-branded listings where image quality is non-negotiable.
How do I prepare my property for a real estate photoshoot?
We recommend decluttering, deep cleaning, replacing burnt-out bulbs, opening blinds and curtains, removing personal items, and tidying the exterior. After booking, we'll send a detailed room-by-room preparation checklist so nothing gets missed.
Who will photograph my property?
For Basic MLS Photography, a Silverhouse-trained photographer handles the shoot, edited by our in-house team. For Premium Photography, Andre personally shoots every session on the Sony A7R5 — bringing 19 years of real estate photography experience and a meticulous eye for composition.
Do you offer drone photography and video for real estate?
Yes. We provide licensed drone photography and aerial video to showcase the property's surroundings, lot size, neighbourhood context, and proximity to amenities. Drone is available as a standalone service or as an add-on to any photography or video package.
What areas in Toronto and the GTA do you serve?
We serve Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, and surrounding GTA communities. For properties outside our standard service area, contact us to discuss availability.
How far in advance should I book a real estate photoshoot?
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time. That said, we can often accommodate same-day or next-day requests — reach out and we'll do our best.
