AI Avatar Model Suite Tours: How One Shoot Became Two Languages, Two Cities, and 19 Carousels

For developer Malen Capital, we filmed each model suite once — then built it out into bilingual AI avatar tours, long-form and short-form video, and 19 AI avatar carousels, across Toronto and Montréal.
Marketing a model suite in one city, in one language, is already a production: a crew, a shoot day, an edit. Marketing it in two cities and two languages usually means doing that twice — two crews, two shoot days, two budgets, and a translation step that adds its own delay. That's the brief developer Malen Capital brought us for its residential developments in Toronto and Montréal.
We didn't do it twice. We filmed each suite once, and built everything else — the language, the narration, the format — around that single shoot.
Malen Capital needed to market model suites at two of its developments: The Whitney on Redpath in Toronto, and Le Cartier in Montréal. Same standard of production, same brand consistency — but an English-speaking market in one city and a French-speaking market in the other. Briefing two separate local studios would have meant reconciling two different visual styles, two different timelines, and two different invoices for what is, at its core, the same job.
The result looks like a leasing agent walking a prospective buyer through the suite — because that's exactly what it's built to replace. For The Whitney on Redpath, that meant an English-language avatar and script suited to the Toronto market. For Le Cartier, the same real footage got a French-language script, voiceover, and on-camera style suited to a francophone audience.
Every suite tour was delivered as a long-form YouTube walkthrough and a short-form Instagram cut — the same footage, edited for how each platform actually gets watched. No second crew, no second visit.
Alongside the video tours, we also produced **19 bilingual AI avatar video carousels** for social. Every other slide swaps in an AI avatar with custom voiceover narration, cut in with graphic slides built from Malen Capital's own existing photography. Posted natively to Instagram, they're fully swipeable, and every video slide plays right in the feed.
The efficiency argument is the obvious one: one shoot instead of two, one production partner instead of two, consistent quality across every market instead of whatever the local vendor happens to deliver. The less obvious part is that the same process — real footage plus an AI avatar narrating the space — isn't specific to condo model suites. It works for any space someone needs to understand before they can visit it in person, including hotel rooms and amenity spaces.
