What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Oakville, Hamilton, Mississauga, Brampton, and surrounding municipalities. We also accommodate special projects outside these areas.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance for regular shoots. For rush jobs, we often accommodate same-day or next-day requests with our express service options.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours for photography and 48-72 hours for video projects. We offer rush delivery options for urgent needs, with some projects delivered within 12 hours.

How many photos do I receive?
Photography packages typically include 25-40 professionally edited high-resolution images, depending on property size. We provide both web-optimized and print-ready versions.
Do you provide twilight/dusk photography?
Yes! Twilight photography is available and creates stunning exterior shots with warm interior lighting. This service requires specific timing and is weather-dependent.
Can you photograph occupied properties?
Absolutely. We work with occupied properties regularly and can provide guidance on staging and preparation to ensure the best results while respecting residents' privacy.

What video formats do you provide?
We deliver videos in multiple formats including 4K, 1080p HD, and web-optimized versions. Videos are provided in MP4 format compatible with all major platforms and MLS systems.
How long are typical property videos?
Standard property tours range from 60-90 seconds for condos to 2-3 minutes for larger homes. Custom length videos are available based on your marketing needs.
Do you include music and voiceovers?
Yes, we include professional background music with all video tours. Voiceover services are available as an add-on with professional voice talent or we can use provided scripts.

Yes, we hold proper Transport Canada certification and insurance for commercial drone operations. We handle all airspace approvals and follow strict safety protocols.
What if weather doesn't permit drone flights?
We monitor weather conditions closely and will reschedule drone portions if unsafe. We always prioritize safety and quality results over rushed timelines.
Can you fly drones in the city core?
Downtown Toronto has restrictions, but we can often obtain special flight authorizations. We'll assess feasibility during booking and arrange permits when possible.

We deliver reels optimized for all major short-form platforms: Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels. Each export is formatted to meet platform-specific requirements for the best quality.
How long does it take to produce a reel?
Most reels are completed within 3-5 business days from filming to delivery. We also offer same-day editing for urgent needs when filmed during a scheduled shoot.
Can you create reels from existing content?
Yes! We can create engaging reels from your existing photo gallery or video footage. We'll add dynamic transitions, trending audio, text overlays, and effects to transform static content into scroll-stopping social media content.

Real estate photography starts at $185 — Basic MLS photography starts at this price, and the final quote scales with property size, tier, and add-ons. Real estate video production starts at $450 — a Premium 4K property video tour starts here, and the final quote depends on property size, length, and deliverables. Real estate drone photography and video start at $300 — a standalone drone video or aerial shoot starts here, and bundled shoots reduce per-service cost. Real estate reels and short-form video start at $350 — a straight-cut vertical reel starts here, and the final quote scales with style, property size, and turnaround. Single-property websites start at $500, while agent and brokerage sites start at $2,500. AI virtual staging starts at $30 per image. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept e-transfer, credit cards, and invoicing for established clients. Payment is typically due upon delivery of final assets, with net 30 terms for volume clients.
