199 Balmoral Avenue
01 — The property
Sculpted plaster, steep gables and winter light.
An architectural new build in midtown Toronto, with vaulted plaster ceilings, a sculptural stair and pentagon windows on the top floor. White-on-white interiors are hard to photograph well; the shapes had to read without the rooms going flat.
