Services Description
SILVERHOUSE provides professional real estate media services including:
- Photography services for residential and commercial properties
- Video production and cinematic tours
- Drone and aerial photography
- Virtual staging and 3D tours
- Floor plan creation and design services
- Website development and digital marketing solutions
Service Terms
All services are subject to the following conditions:
- Services must be booked in advance and confirmed in writing
- Payment terms and schedules will be specified in individual service agreements
- Cancellation policies apply as outlined in service-specific contracts
- Weather-dependent services may require rescheduling
- Client must provide safe and legal property access
Intellectual Property
All content created by SILVERHOUSE remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive usage rights as specified in the service agreement. SILVERHOUSE retains the right to use created content for marketing and portfolio purposes.
Limitation of Liability
SILVERHOUSE's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.
